Excellent! I chose this place to try for the 1st time with my son. We enjoyed the Beef Stick along with Beef Red Curry as well as the Mango with Sticky Rice. I will definitely return to try other items.

Excellent Thai food and a great experience overall! The staff was very friendly, and you can tell the food is made with care. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ingredients tasted high quality, and each dish had authentic flavors that really stood out. Definitely one of those food trucks that's worth seeking out. I'll be back again! 🌶️🍚😋

In an area surrounded by great taco spots, LotusEats was the perfect choice for us this morning, we were craving something flavorful and different. We found this little gem. Ta and Mi (I truly hope I’m not butchering your names) they are incredibly welcoming, and their food is outstanding. The BBQ chicken and beef sticks are delicious, served with a fresh salad and an amazing lime dressing. Their homemade chili crisp is a standout, and many of the vegetables are grown right on their farm, which really shows in the freshness and flavor. We also tried the Thai tea and Thai coffee, both creamy, sweet, and surprisingly refreshing. Great food, fresh ingredients, and wonderful people. LotusEats is a local gem that I highly recommend supporting.

This is a new food truck on Lee Blvd. In Lehigh if you like Thai food their food is amazing! Fresh made to order, super flavorful and the ladies are very nice. I will be back..

I tried this local Thai food truck today and it was such a great experience. The workers were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and making the whole visit feel really warm. Whenever I get mango sticky rice from other places, the portions are usually small and the mango is often underripe. Here, they gave a generous portion and the mango was perfectly ripe so sweet and delicious. I also usually get Thai tea from other places like boba shops and it tends to taste watered down, but theirs was rich, sweet, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in their food and the quality of their ingredients. On top of that, the pricing was very affordable for the amount you get. The portions were generous and the value was amazing, which made the experience even better. Everything tasted amazing!! and it’s definitely a place I’d happily recommend and come back to!! Visit if you can! ☺️☺️🥭🍚
